ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a registered nurse to monitor vital signs and assist with nursing care for residents.
You will support doctors, senior nurses, and an assistant manager in preventive and curative medical services while overseeing nursing aides and health attendants. The role requires a nursing diploma or degree, registration with the Singapore Nursing Board, and at least two years of nursing experience with rotating shifts.
Qualifications
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Rotating Shift Duties.
Responsibilities
- Monitor vital signs.
- Assist with personal groomings and hygiene issues.
- Plays a central role in providing nursing care to residents.
- Assist doctors/senior nurses/assistant manager to provide preventive and curative medical service.
- Incharge with general health of the residents and supervise Nursing aides and Health attendants.
- Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions are established with nursing policies and procedures.
- Assist and carry out emergency situations in Home.
