Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in nursing with valid SNB registration and practising certificate.
• Current BCLS and AED certification or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 2–3 years nursing experience.
• Experience in eldercare, dementia, or community care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Manage medication, wound care, and respond to medical emergencies.
• Supervise care staff in managing behavioural issues related to dementia.
• Educate and counsel clients and families on health and dementia care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with nursing standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support quality improvement.
