Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide person-centred nursing care to seniors with dementia in a centre-based setting. The role involves conducting assessments, managing care plans, and supporting families and care staff.

You will supervise care staff, educate families, maintain documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold nursing standards and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in nursing is required.
• SNB registration and practising certificate.
• BCLS and AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• 2–3 years nursing experience minimum.
• Experience in eldercare, dementia, or community care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Manage medication, wound care, and respond to medical emergencies.
• Supervise care staff in managing behavioural issues related to dementia.
• Educate and counsel clients and families on health and dementia care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with nursing standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support quality improvement.
