Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified nurse to join our centre-based team in Singapore. You will perform clinical assessments, develop individualised care plans, manage medications and respond to emergencies.

You will supervise care staff, educate families on dementia care, maintain documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with SNB registration and practising certificate.
• BCLS and AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 2-3 years' nursing experience.
• Experience in eldercare, dementia, or community care preferred.
