Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a nurse to provide person-centred nursing care to seniors with dementia in a centre-based setting in Singapore. You will perform clinical assessments, develop individualised care plans, manage medications and respond to emergencies with composure.

You will supervise care staff, educate families on dementia care, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support quality improvement and ensure adherence to nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing; valid SNB registration and practising certificate.
• Current BCLS and AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 2–3 years’ nursing experience.
• Experience in eldercare, dementia, or community care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Manage medication, wound care, and respond to medical emergencies.
• Supervise care staff in managing behavioural issues related to dementia.
• Educate and counsel clients and families on health and dementia care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with nursing standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support quality improvement.
