ACUFEM MEDICAL PTE. LTD. seeks a Clinic Administrator/Nurse with O&G experience to manage day-to-day operations across clinics.

Responsibilities include reception duties, patient flow, records, medication handling, coordinating with doctors and staff, and maintaining reports. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, compassionate, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize in busy hours. Willing to travel between clinics.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing approved by Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in O&G.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Efficient during clinic busy hours.
• Able to prioritize work quickly, safely and accurately.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Display compassion and have a positive and caring attitude.
• Need to travel from Clinic to Clinic.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for administrative duties such as reception & registration of patients, process flow, record keeping, answering phone calls, appointment scheduling.
• Dispensing of medicines in the clinic.
• Assist Doctors, Radiographers & Nurses on clinical matters, dressings, investigations & laboratory tests, surgery, procedures, health/medical screenings & examinations, etc.
• Follow up with patients and their family for long-term yearly reviews.
• Build rapport and maintain good relationships with patients and their families.
• Sterilize equipment.
• Stocktaking of drugs at the clinic.
• Track medicines administered for IVF patients.
• Create and maintain reports (daily, weekly and monthly).
• Perform drug administration duties (stock monitoring, ordering and maintenance).
• Clinic housekeeping.
• Coordinate with patients, corporate clients and follow up on requirements.
• Monitor and upkeep stationery, medical supplies, furniture and equipment at clinics.
• Monitor investigations, X-ray, medical reports and client requests.
• Take blood and administer injections under doctor's supervision.
• Oversee maintenance, repair and cleaning of clinics.
• Coordinate ship/house/office/factory calls.
• Other duties in clinic management as assigned.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible in clinic housekeeping.
• Establish good rapport and better relationships with patients and corporate clients and following up on their requirements.
• Monitor and upkeep stationery, medical supplies, furniture and equipment at clinics.
• Monitor and follow up on the investigations, X-ray, medical reports and client requests.
• Responsible in taking blood and administering injections under doctor's supervision.
• Oversee in areas of maintenance, repair and cleaning works of the relevant clinic(s).
• Co-ordinate of ship/house/office/factory calls.
• Such other duties in the overall management of the clinic(s) where necessary and/or assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirements

Additional Information

• Able to commit to clinic opening hours including evenings and Saturdays
• Willing to travel between clinics
• Working Hours: 44 hours per week; 5.5 days work week
