Paradise Group Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a kitchen staff member to support the processed foods operation in our central kitchen. The role involves preparing and cooking processed food items according to recipes and guidelines, and preparing staff meals.

You will maintain records, monitor quality, ensure food safety, and support inventory and procurement activities to keep ingredients available. The position emphasizes cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to SOPs in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook processed food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
• Prepare and cook staff meals for central kitchen.
• Maintain accurate records of recipes, production processes, and ingredient specifications.
• Maintain quality control for all products including monitoring freshness, taste, texture, and presentation.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in the processing area.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of ingredients.
• Participate in bi-monthly stock take.
• Adhere to company SOPs.
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
