Job summary

Fynder Talent is recruiting a Staff / Lead Full-Stack Engineer in Singapore to own systems spanning multiple squads and shapes engineering practices across the org. You will drive the technical strategy for the platform, API surface, data layer, and front-end architecture, while staying hands-on and shipping you work as a senior IC.

You should bring 7+ years of engineering experience, strong Python back-end and Angular front-end skills, and robust AWS/distributed-systems fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience with influence across teams.
• Strong full-stack depth in backend Python and frontend Angular.
• Solid AWS and distributed-systems fundamentals.
• Ability to drive system-level design decisions with org-wide impact.
• Clear communicator who can translate problems for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy across the full stack including platform, API, data layer, and front-end.
• Own cross-squad systems, ensure reliability, performance, and evolution.
• Set technical standards via RFCs and reviews, earning cross-team buy-in.
• Bridge product strategy and technical execution, translating business problems into architecture.
• Mentor senior engineers, unblock teams, and address systemic issues while staying hands-on.
