You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process margin improvements, and translate future technology needs into robust process requirements. The role requires strong chemistry expertise, DoE experience, and collaboration with global partners to push for breakthroughs in memory processing.

Qualifications

• PhD/masters/bachelor in relevant field with 3+ years hands-on wet-etch experience.
• Deep understanding of chemistry, kinetics, thermodynamics, mass transport.
• Understanding of films and interfaces and analysis techniques (SIMS, XPS, EDX, SEM/TEM).
• Knowledge of memory processing and NAND memory process steps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize unit processes to meet yield and quality for NAND products.
• Quantify benefits of process/equipment for margin improvements.
• Prioritize Singapore Wet Etch team on key tech issues for R&D breakthroughs.
• Integrate and troubleshoot processes in cross-functional teams across sites.
• Lead cross-functional meetings on quality, process and yield improvements.
• Incorporate AI-enabled enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
