Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Employee Engagement & Communications to support a public agency's staff engagement initiatives, internal communications, learning and development programmes, and organisation-wide events. The role offers a monthly salary of S$3,450 on a 1-year contract, based in Pasir Panjang, with Monday to Friday office hours.

You will develop staff communications, manage engagement platforms, coordinate campaigns and run workshops and intranet

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, HR, business administration or related field with 1 year in event planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft clear internal content.
Basic photography and videography skills would be a plus; proficient copywriting for internal comms.

Responsibilities

Develop staff communications based on engagement feedback and support change management initiatives.
Manage staff engagement platforms, event feedback, attendance tracking, communications, and collateral distribution.
Coordinate anniversary campaigns: activities, participation, budgets, vendors, and collaterals.
Coordinate workshops, trainings and Brown Bag Sessions: logistics, speakers, publicity, and event documentation.
Enhance new joiner and intranet experiences by gathering feedback and coordinating with stakeholders.
Maintain L&OD records and knowledge resources while supporting vendor management, procurement, and day-to-day administration.
