Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an Engineer, Customer Validation to develop automated validation infrastructure for Enterprise SSD interoperability across multiple platforms.

You will work with firmware, hardware, test, and product teams to improve coverage, reliability, and release readiness. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining interfaces for testing, executing scalable automated strategies, and documenting results.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or higher in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong Python & OS knowledge recommended for validation tasks.
• Experience with validation, test automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain interfaces for test equipment, validation tools, and automation frameworks.
• Define, plan, and execute automated test strategies to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, test, and product teams to validate SSD features across platforms.
• Troubleshoot SSD, software, and platform integration issues and drive corrective actions.
• Document methodologies, results, and lessons learned for traceability.
