Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python with enthusiasm for developing and improving code.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git, or similar engineering workflow tools.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills for test and manufacturing environments.
• Agility to manage and execute prioritized action items from both tactical and strategic perspectives.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts with exposure to AI-assisted engineering or productivity tools.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator with collaboration across all levels.
• Growth mindset and continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test programs for Micron SSD products in high volume manufacturing.
• Design new test programs for validation and testing of new SSD product/technology.
• Optimize test programs and test methodology to reduce product test times.
• Automate test engineering processes by writing software scripts to improve efficiency.
• Enhance test coverage to ensure best-in-class outgoing quality.
• Collaborate with product and equipment engineering teams to improve yields and equipment efficiency.
• Collaborate with test capacity and manufacturing teams to meet production output goals.
• Develop and monitor metrics to ensure stability and efficiency of test processes.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
