Job summary

You will apply industrial engineering and data analytics to identify opportunities across value streams and improve productivity, quality, safety and material flow in SSD manufacturing operations. The role involves building dashboards with Excel/Power BI/Tableau, performing time studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, statistical analysis, Generative AI, an AI Assistant, or other AI-Enabled analytics workflows is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manufacturing time studies and process observations to identify non-value-added activities and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze production layouts, material flow, logistics arrangements, workplace organization, and ergonomic conditions.
• Evaluate process quality, capacity, utilization, throughput, and other manufacturing performance indicators.
• Develop dashboards or visualization solutions using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or suitable AI-Enabled analytics tools.
• Propose and evaluate improvement solutions through data analysis, impact assessment, and implementation planning.
