Micron Singapore is offering a full-time internship in Manufacturing Operations focused on productivity and continuous improvement for Solid State Drive production. You will apply industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, and data analytics to drive improvements across Front End, Middle End, Back of Line, or Configure-to-Order operations.

The role involves collaboration with Manufacturing, Industrial/HProcess Engineering, Test, Quality, and Planning teams, with opportunities to use AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Conduct manufacturing time studies and observations to identify non-value-added activities and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze production layouts, material flow, logistics, workplace organization, and ergonomic conditions.
• Evaluate process quality, capacity, utilization, and throughput metrics.
• Develop dashboards or visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or AI-enabled tools.
• Propose and evaluate improvement solutions through data analysis and implementation planning.
