Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Test Support professional to perform failure analysis for NPI/HVM tests, be the first point of contact for test-related issues, and help drive yield improvements. Working location: 990 Bendemeer Rd, Singapore 339942. AI-enabled tools usage and 12-hour rotating shifts are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/Computer engineering required or equivalent.
• Experience with SSD test failure analysis is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis for NPI and HVM test failures and identify root cause/defect location.
• First contact point and first-level failure analysis for manufacturing test-related issues.
• Prioritize & expedite failure analysis for high priority DDt lots to meet output goals.
• Escalate issues requiring engineer dispo/response and coordinate with engineers.
• Communicate shift pass-down on test matters.
• Support identification and rejection of test failures needing engineering eval.
• Support test yield continuous improvement projects for cost reduction.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and data analytics to improve failure analysis efficiency.
