Job summary

KLA in Singapore is seeking an experienced technical support professional to advance service delivery for semiconductor tools across Asia. You will support field teams, troubleshoot tool issues, and contribute to CIP implementations and escalation management.

The role requires a master’s or bachelor’s in ME/EE, 5+ years in SEMI equipment support, and hands-on experience with PVD, CVD, or etch tools. Fluent English is essential, and occasional travel across the Asia region is expected.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor’s degree from ME/EE or related areas.
• Over 5 years working experience of technical support at SEMI conductor industry.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking is a must.
• Knowledge/experience troubleshooting/maintenance of PVD/CVD/Etch tool over 3 years is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Service Team about tool trouble shooting through KLA escalation process, CIP implementation, technical info consulting.
• Coordinate with Field teams/Dvision engineering for issue/escalation/solution communication.
• Conduct Technical Training to Field Service Team and customer.
• Assist the field team for the first new product penetration in the region and set up the SOP & troubleshooting guide for the key H/W activities and issues.
• Travelling around Asia area for above objectives.
