The Customer Engagement (CE) division is a field-based group of technical experts who partner closely with customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of KLA products that support yield improvement from R&D through high-volume production. The team helps align KLA’s solutions with customer needs, supports product performance, identifies new opportunities and gathers insights to guide future innovation—all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.What You'll DoIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.Responsibilities:The selected Applications Engineer will join a dynamic team that makes a significant impact to the company every day.Responsible for providing technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA’s state-of-the-art products in customer fabrication facilities. This includes investigating semiconductor manufacturing yield issues and providing inspection solutions at our customer’s advance manufacturing facilities.Makes presentations on all aspects of products to KLA management and customer management.Assists sales manager in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer technical requirements and preparing detailed product specificationsProvides follow-up support in training customers and disseminating technical information on specific applications.Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation, design of experiments, and communication between customers and specialists.The candidate will gain exposure to Product Marketing, Business & Sales Processes.The candidate will undergo rigorous training on KLA’s most advanced equipment.
