Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES is seeking a supply chain professional to partner with the sales team to drive revenue delivery and optimize production planning. The role involves collaborating across client accounts, implementing case management practices, and building scalable knowledge bases to improve service value.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in production planning or supply chain operations, experience in high-tech manufacturing or semiconductors, and hands-on ERP/MRP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Production Control, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing, or a fast-paced production environment preferred.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales account manager to focus on revenue delivery.
• Broaden and deepen client relationships; ensure fulfillment of the tactical horizon.
• Define and implement case management best practices to record service value and leverage SLAs.
• Provide knowledge database to enable scalability of service across client tiering.
• Provide insights to internal forecasting by understanding client market and forecast.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support EH&S requirements.
• Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.

• Partners with sales account manager to focus on Company on revenue delivery

• Provide knowledge database to enable scalability of service across client tiering.
