Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. in Singapore seeks a Senior Supplier Quality professional to drive supplier quality improvements and ensure readiness of production lines and adherence to VDA6.3 and ISO9001/IATF16949 standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork to implement best practices, manage excursions, and support supplier changes and audits in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, physics, chemistry, materials science or related field.
• 10+ years experience in foundry PIE/Module or Quality function team.
• ISO9001 / IATF16949 certification and VDA6.3 training evidence.
• Familiar with BCD or JETFET process.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality excursions and drive root cause solutions and preventive actions.
• Support supplier process/material change process and site certification audit activities.
• Perform Supplier Quality assistance in the creation, establishment and installation of best-known practices.
• Customer obsessed: Partner with cross functional team to ensure quality event or unit return doesn’t impact customer requirement.
• Host MRB with cross functional team to finalize product disposition.

Job description

• Supplier Quality KPI setup and drive supplier to meet Renesas expectation.
• Audit and evaluate contract manufacture’s production lines and quality system for product readiness and verify compliance VDA6.3 standards from Auto product
• Identify opportunity for quality control enhancement and implement new methods accordingly

Key Responsibilities:
