Job summary

BorgWarner Singapore seeks a Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing processes and HD H/C management, ensuring production orders are met.

You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvements, review planning for labor efficiency, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with IATF/ISO standards.

Strong English communication skills are required to collaborate with global teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial engineering or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or production management is preferred.
• Experience with IATF/ISO requirements and customer audits experience is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
