Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to oversee quality systems in manufacturing and engineering. The role ensures compliance with PCRB, MRB, ICAR, ISHARE, FMEA and calibration procedures while supporting continuous improvement.

You will track operational KPIs, investigate quality incidents, support internal audits, and contribute to data-driven corrective actions. Candidates with internship or prior QA experience in high-tech manufacturing are welcome; ISO/IATF

Qualifications

• Master/bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and decisions.
• Hands-on problem solving and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with ISO9001:2015/IATF16949 and auditing is a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible to oversees the operation of Quality systems relating to manufacturing and engineering processes, maintains compliance and procedures to achieve high-quality products. Comprehensive training and development will be provided.Essential Responsibilities include:Ensure compliance and consistent execution according to documented quality systems (PCRB / MRB / ICAR / ISHARE / FMEA / Calibration)Customer specific requirement (CuSR) execution and compliance enforcementTimely tracking of operational activities to ensure no delay according to schedule.
