The role requires deep Oracle EBS and Fusion techno-functional expertise and the ability to lead initiatives from discovery through implementation and post-production support. You will translate business needs into technology solutions, lead projects end-to-end, and drive continuous improvements across global Finance

• 8+ years in Finance systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Audit, and Technology teams to understand business requirements and define solutions.
• Serve as the techno-functional SME for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Finance applications.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, and solution recommendations.
• Create business requirements, functional specs, technical requirements, process flows, test plans, and training materials.
• Drive projects from discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment through post-production support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners for successful delivery.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Desire to learn new systems and research new functionality independently.

Sr Business Systems Analyst - Finance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst - Finance to serve as a strategic partner between Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders. This role requires a strong combination of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion techno-functional expertise, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to lead initiatives from discovery and solution design through implementation and post-production support. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, trusted business partner, and hands-on problem solver who can translate business needs into technology solutions, lead projects end-to-end, and provide ongoing operational support while driving continuous improvement across Finance systems and processes globally.

JOB DUTIES & FUNCTIONS

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Audit, and Technology teams to understand business requirements and define solutions.
• Serve as the techno-functional subject matter expert for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Finance applications.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, and solution recommendations.
• Create business requirements, functional specifications, technical requirements, process flows, test plans, and training materials.
• Drive projects from discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment through post-production support.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting Finance systems.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Proven experience leading projects from design through deployment and support.
• Ability to perform data analysis and write SQL queries.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with global Finance organizations and multi-country operations.
