Job summary

Seagate Technology Singapore is seeking an Engineering Specialist (Sputter Maintenance) to support our Woodlands electronics manufacturing site. You will perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of sputtering tools, collaborate with process engineers, and drive reliability improvements in a highly automated environment.

The role requires a diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent, willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a clean room, and comfort with data

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering or ITE.
Experience with mechanical or electrical troubleshooting.
Clean room experience is advantageous.
Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and product conversion of the sputtering tool.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and follow up on chronic machine problems.
Collaborate with process engineering on tool reliability and defect reduction.
Apply data analytics and contribute to OEE and productivity projects.
