Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving capability with a structured approach to root cause analysis.
• Good data analysis and diagnostic skills, with exposure or interest in applying AI-driven insights for equipment performance improvement.
• Familiar with equipment control systems, automation, and standard engineering tools; knowledge or willingness to learn AI/analytics applications is an added advantage.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and cross-functional engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain sputter equipment performance.
• Ensure equipment meets uptime, quality, and OEE targets.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment issues.
• Drive maintenance excellence and develop, execute, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Support production operations and provide technical support during shift operations and critical tool recovery.
• Define and optimize process parameters and control points; support process qualification and engineering trials.
• Develop and update SOPs, PM procedures, and troubleshooting guides; participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote the adoption of AI-driven tools and digital solutions to enhance troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, and decision-making.
