Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• Familiar with speech recognition and audio understanding algorithms and model optimization on large-scale data.
• Deep learning and LLM technologies; experience with PyTorch.
• Strong coding skills in C++ and Python; Linux development experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support full-duplex voice interaction technology in practical applications and conduct research.
• Assist in deploying and optimizing speech recognition across diverse business scenarios.
• Build core tech for audio understanding and explore cutting-edge algorithms.
