Job summary

TikTok PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a backend-focused engineer for the Data Speech Team. You will develop service architecture and backend pipelines for AI speech products, enabling scalable, production-ready platforms.

You will implement large-model frameworks, explore AI capabilities to enhance user experience, and contribute to high-concurrency online services used by hundreds of millions of users.

Qualifications

• Backend development experience with distributed and microservice principles.
• Proficient in Go; C++ or Python knowledge is a bonus.
• Familiar with device-cloud communication protocols such as WSS and HTTP/2.
• Strong curiosity about large model technologies and applications.
• Excellent system-architecture design and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Undertake R&D of service architecture for speech AI products and quickly build AI speech-related platform applications.
• Implement and apply speech and multimodal dialogue frameworks based on large models to business scenarios.
• Continuously explore AI capabilities to enhance product experience and engineering efficiency.
• Provide advanced speech capabilities for related products and enable AI-driven services for millions of users.
