Job summary

MINYO INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive targets in Singapore. You will lead a multi-segment team across home renovation, commercial film installation, and channel distribution, shaping strategies and partnerships to grow market share.

You will develop pricing, incentive schemes, and quarterly promotions while training the team and aligning with marketing to boost lead conversion and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of sales experience in building materials, renovation, or architectural film industry.
• 2+ years managing a sales team; bilingual Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of overall sales targets, profit margins, and market share growth in the Singapore market.
• Build, train, and manage a sales team across home renovation, commercial film installation, and channel distribution.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing structures, commission incentive schemes, and quarterly market promotion plans.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with major developers, general contractors, architectural firms, and leading interior design companies.
• Monitor sales pipeline and evaluate team KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
• Conduct ongoing training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge within the team.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve online and offline lead conversion rates and maximize marketing ROI.

• Drive achievement of overall sales targets, profit margins, and market share growth in the Singapore market
• Build, train, and manage a sales team across three core business segments: home renovation solutions, commercial film installation projects, and channel distribution
• Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing structures, commission incentive schemes, and quarterly market promotion plans
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with major developers, general contractors, architectural firms, and leading interior design companies
• Monitor sales pipeline and evaluate team KPIs to ensure performance targets are met
• Conduct ongoing training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge within the team
• Collaborate with marketing to improve online and offline lead conversion rates and maximize marketing ROI

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or Construction Management
• Over 5 years of sales experience in building materials, renovation, or architectural film industry, including at least 2 years managing a sales team
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, demonstrated through effective business negotiation and professional writing skills
