Job Description

  • Develop performance frameworks, analytical dashboards and outcome measures that provide strategic insights into student engagement, programme effectiveness and graduate employability, supporting management reporting and evidence-informed decision-making.
  • Generate actionable insights from student, programme, graduate and labour market data through cohort, segmentation and longitudinal analyses to identify trends, opportunities and priorities for CD strategies and targeted interventions.
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate programme effectiveness, employability outcomes and relationships between student experiences, participation in CD initiatives and subsequent outcomes.
  • Conduct applied research, environmental scanning and benchmarking on graduate employability, career development, workforce trends and higher education practices, translating findings into recommendations for programme innovation and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with CD teams, academic schools and internal stakeholders to translate analytical findings into recommendations and interventions that improve student success and graduate employability.
  • Contribute to applied research and knowledge development in educational analytics, student success and graduate employability, and share relevant findings, methodologies and good practices.
  • Represent CD on University committees and cross-functional initiatives relating to institutional research, student development and graduate employability, providing analytical perspectives and subject-matter input.
  • Undertake administrative and operational responsibilities, including projects, reporting and stakeholder engagements, to support the effective delivery and continuous enhancement of CD initiatives.
