Qualifications
- University degree with quantitative training; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 8–10 years in data analytics, institutional research or related fields.
- Experience with large datasets and cross‑source data integration.
- Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead outcomes intelligence and educational analytics across CD initiatives.
- Develop performance frameworks and dashboards for student employability.
- Analyse student, programme, graduate and labour market data.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative evidence into actionable insights.
