Southern Palladium Limited's SPD@Jurong West centre is seeking a dedicated educator to plan and conduct lessons under supervision. You will develop IEPS and progress reports, design developmentally appropriate activities, and support children with developmental needs.

You will collaborate with teachers, aides, therapists, and caregivers; lead visits and field trips, monitor health and attendance, and maintain classroom safety and resources while contributing to professional development and SPD

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Intervention or related field.
• Specialist Diploma in ECI (Special Needs) is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in working with children with developmental/special needs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct individual and group lessons under supervision.
• Develop and review IEPS and progress reports.
• Design and evaluate developmentally and culturally appropriate activities.
• Facilitate intervention strategies to support children's goals.
• Conduct home and centre visits as part of case management.
• Lead classroom field trips and activities.
• Monitor attendance and health checks.
• Maintain communication with caregivers via multiple platforms.
• Monitor progress and document developmental outcomes.
• Prepare reports for home visits, centre visits, and discharges.
• Manage or chair case discussions with caregivers, teachers, and therapists.
• Guide parents in supporting developmental strategies at home.
• Report incidents per procedures.
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and therapists.
