Job summary

Rainbow Centre in Singapore seeks a Class Support to assist the teaching team in delivering classroom activities and maximizing student engagement. Reporting to the Senior Teacher, this role helps prepare learning materials, maintain hygiene and safety in the classroom, and support holistic student development.

The successful candidate will work with students with disabilities, with preference for those with experience; Singaporean or PR status required.

Qualifications

Experience supporting students in classroom settings preferred but not mandatory.
Commitment to student welfare and inclusive education.
Ability to collaborate with teaching staff and follow school policies.

Responsibilities

Support Curriculum & Instructional Excellence.
Assist the teaching team in care and management of students in class activities.
Assist with hygiene, health, medical and safety needs of students as required.
Prepare learning materials and learning environments.
Uphold cleanliness and safety in the classroom.
Ensure hygiene standards of students in the classroom.
Support safe arrival and departure of students to classrooms and transport.
Foster holistic student development and positive relationships with students.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain appropriate student behaviour and progress.
Participate in RC activities and school events.
