Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled cook to join a fast-paced kitchen in Singapore. The role involves preparing and cooking dishes to standard, supervising junior staff, and ensuring quality and safety in daily operations.

Location is Paya Lebar with a 5-day work week from 10am to 9pm, including a 2-hour break. Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to 3,200 plus OT, AWS, incentives and bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Preference for Spanish cuisine experience.
• Formal culinary qualification required (Nitec/Diploma).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality.
• Oversee junior kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness and procedures.
• Monitor stock, place orders, and manage inventory to keep ingredients fresh.
• Assist in creating new dishes and updating the menu.
• Ensure dishes meet taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation regulations in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
