Job summary

CAA Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is seeking a proactive professional to join the Stakeholder Engagement section of the Safety Policy and Planning Division. The role focuses on promoting aviation safety and supporting regulatory objectives.

You will develop and drive CAAS’ safety promotion strategy for the Singapore aviation sector, aiming to strengthen safety culture and internalise a safety mindset among aviation workers through effective engagement with stakeholders and channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation safety, safety culture and/or safety promotion.
• Training in any of the relevant disciplines stated above.

Responsibilities

• Lead the biennial aviation sector-wide safety culture survey and analyse areas for improvement.
• Engage stakeholders to develop strategies and initiatives addressing safety culture.
• Collaborate with safety regulation, corporate communications and other teams to communicate safety messages.
• Organise and participate in large-scale safety forums (e.g., CAAS Aviation Safety Forum).
• Represent CAAS in international forums to discuss safety culture.
