Job summary

Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore) is seeking a capable professional to support NSAS capabilities, including national space assets and ground segments. You will contribute to multi-year roadmaps, coordinate multi-disciplinary workstreams, and translate research outputs into operational systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in capability or programme development, project management and/or systems engineering.
• Experience with space systems, payloads or ground segment capabilities; familiarity with orbit analysis tools would be advantageous.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and government, industry and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of multi-year capability roadmaps aligned with national space policy.
• Assist planning and delivery of National Constellation and Space Situational Awareness/Space Traffic Management systems.
• Support technology translation and system integration of space, payload and ground segment elements.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, space agencies, laboratories and government stakeholders.
