Job summary

MANCHU HOUSE in Singapore invites a diligent team member to support our spa operations. You will attend and participate in meetings and training, set up workstations, maintain a clean treatment room, and ensure hygiene and organization throughout shifts.

You will replace linens as needed, sterilize equipment, document client files, respond to inquiries, accompany guests, and consult with clients to recommend massage services.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked treatment room.
• Set up workstations and ensure cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.
• Assist in keeping linens clean and tidy, replacing them between sessions as needed.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain proper hygiene standards.
• Document and maintain client files accurately.
• Acknowledge and respond to client inquiries, needs, and expectations.
• Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Consult with clients to recommend appropriate massage services.
• Provide massage services as outlined in the service brochure.
• Maintain accurate records and file documentation.
• Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
• Uphold hygiene standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
