NURTURE LIVING PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Spa Therapist to deliver facial and massage treatments across company outlets in Singapore.

You will follow safety standards and tailor services to each customer’s needs. You will maintain accurate client records, promote retail products, and strive to hit monthly sales targets while providing excellent service. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Able to perform facial and massage treatments safely and professionally.
• Customer-oriented with friendly, service-minded attitude.
• Willing to learn and continuously improve treatment and product knowledge.
• Able to commit to retail hours including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting services to customers.
• Maintain accurate client records to support service quality.
• Deliver diverse facial and massage treatments safely and professionally.
• Respond to customer enquiries and tailor services to needs.
• Recommend and promote suitable retail products to boost sales.
• Ensure all products/services are sold at or above cost price.
• Keep treatment rooms clean and sanitised according to safety standards.
• Provide high-quality customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Train and guide new staff when required and support team growth.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
