Qualifications

• Professional Spa Therapist with excellent customer care.
• Experience delivering a range of massage and facial treatments.
• Strong hygiene, safety and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations to tailor treatments.
• Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and other massages.
• Deliver body treatments: scrubs, wraps, detox therapies, hydrotherapy.
• Facilitate cleansing, exfoliation, masks and moisturising facials.
• Provide hair removal services if applicable.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and routines.
• Maintain clean, stocked treatment rooms and equipment.
• Maintain product knowledge and promote suitable services.
• Keep accurate client treatment records and histories.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complaints.
• Uphold hygiene standards and spa policies.
• Pursue ongoing training and development with the team.
• Collaborate with receptionists, beauticians and management.
