MEND TCM WELLNESS PTE. LTD. is hiring a Spa Therapist to provide facial and massage treatments across company outlets in Singapore. You will engage customers, promote services and maintain service quality in a busy wellness environment.

You should have relevant certifications, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach. The role involves retail sales, upselling, and contributing to a positive, safe treatment experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Certifications from CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITE, WSQ, RP or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine preferred.
• Able to perform facial and massage treatments professionally and safely.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly, professional and service-minded attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and continuously improve treatment and product knowledge.
• Able to commit to retail working hours, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by engaging customers and promoting services.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation and records.
• Deliver facial and massage treatments safely and professionally.
• Respond to customer enquiries and tailor services to needs and expectations.
• Recommend and promote retail products and additional services to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
• Ensure all products and services are sold at or above cost price to maintain profitability.
• Ensure customer safety during treatments by following proper procedures and safety precautions.
• Provide consistently high-quality customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Keep treatment rooms, facilities and equipment clean, hygienic and sanitised.
• Guide and train new staff when required to support their development and promote team growth.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
