MULTIFLORA NOIBARA PTE. LTD. is hiring a Spa Therapist美容师 / 按摩师 to work at company outlets in Singapore. You will drive sales by engaging clients, deliver a range of facial and massage services, and maintain high service standards.

The role requires safety‑minded professionals with strong customer focus, excellent communication, and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Certification in beauty or spa related programs (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITE, WSQ, RP or equivalent) preferred.
• Ability to perform facial and massage treatments safely and professionally.
• Customer-oriented with friendly and service-minded attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and continuously improve treatment and product knowledge.
• Able to commit to retail hours including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly individual sales targets by engaging customers and promoting services.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation and records for service quality and follow-up.
• Deliver facial and massage treatments safely and professionally according to customers' needs.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and tailor services accordingly.
• Promote suitable retail products and additional services to boost experience and sales.
• Ensure treatments and services are priced at or above cost to maintain profitability.
• Follow safety procedures to protect customer and staff during treatments.
• Provide high-quality customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Keep treatment rooms, facilities and equipment clean and sanitised per safety standards.
• Ensure treatment rooms are stocked with necessary products and supplies.
• Guide and train new staff as required to support team growth.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
