Job summary

A DRBRAND PTE. LTD. is seeking a Skin Therapist to provide professional skin treatments and spa services at our Singapore outlet.

You will offer skincare advice, recommend effective treatments and build lasting relationships with clients. Ideal candidates have experience as a Skin/Beauty/Facial Therapist, with a passion for skincare and wellness, excellent communication skills, and flexibility for shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Skin Therapist or similar role.
• Strong skincare knowledge and product familiarity.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible for shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional skin treatments and spa services to customers.
• Advise on skincare and recommend suitable treatments, solutions and products.
• Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers.
• Be accountable for individual sales targets and contribute to team sales targets.
• Be responsible for the upkeep and functionality of assigned machines and equipment.
• Handle outlet administrative tasks.
• Be well versed in all treatments, skincare products, machines, equipment and promotions.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Company.

About the role

About you

• Possess working experience as a Skin Therapist, Beauty Therapist or Facial Therapist
• Passionate about skincare, beauty and wellness
• Possess professional knowledge of skin conditions, facial treatments and skincare products
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Initiative and willing to learn attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
