Job summary

NANYANG BEAUTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a professional spa massage therapist to provide body and foot massages in line with spa standards. The role requires weekend and public holiday availability and a 6-day work week in Singapore.

You will maintain clean treatment rooms, prepare products, replenish stocks, and handle guest inquiries with courtesy. A certification in iTEC/WSQ or massage is preferred to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Required certification in spa massage (iTEC/WSQ or equivalent).
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• 6-day work week.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Pleasant, hardworking and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional spa massage (body and/or foot) in accordance with spa standards.
• Ensure high level of service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities and treatment rooms.
• Prepare treatment products and replenish stock and towels.
• Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from Spa Manager.

• Ensure high level of service standards
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neaness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
• Responsible in preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
• Handle customer queries and conerns effcieintly and politely
• Follow and comply with the intrucstions given by Spa Manager

Requirements

• Preperably with iTEC/WSQ certification or massage certification
• Able to commit on Weekends/public holidays
• 6 days work week
• Mininum one year relevant experience
• Pleasant personality and hardworking
