Job summary

XUAN BEAUTY & SPA is seeking a spa professional to perform the full range of treatments and massage therapies on our spa menu, while managing appointments to keep on time. The role requires working cooperatively with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience and to be attentive to each guest's comfort and service needs.

Applicants should maintain high standards of dress, grooming, language, and professionalism, and routinely update client records.

Responsibilities

• Performs all treatments and massage therapy available on the spa menu
• Manage appointments and keep on time
• Interacts cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience
• Be sensitive to each guest's comfort level and service needs
• Adheres to a high professional standard in dress, grooming, language and lifestyle
• Consistently records and updates client records
• Helps in performing other expected tasks and duties: stocks, treatment rooms' cleanliness, assist in bookings, etc.
• Familiar with Body scrubs and/or wraps techniques, body massage, facial treatment processes
• High energy, able to work in a fast-paced environment
