Job summary

Grand Hyatt Singapore is seeking a professional Receptionist to provide outstanding front desk service and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for guests. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in maintaining Hyatt's renowned guest service standards.

Your responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-in/out, coordinating with hotel teams, and presenting a polished image while delivering consistent service throughout the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or hospitality exposure preferred.
• Ability to deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues sympathetically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a guest-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations with a professional demeanor.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth check-in/out and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain presentation, ensure safety and security at the desk, and handle requests courteously.
