Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a retail sales associate to promote skincare products and provide expert recommendations over the counter.

You will deliver skincare consultations and demonstrations to help meet sales targets and KPIs, while building strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality service. You will maintain visual merchandising standards, manage stock and transaction records, and participate in in-store engagement activities to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Promote skincare products and provide product recommendations to customers over the counter
• Deliver skincare consultations and product demonstrations to support sales targets and KPIs
• Build strong customer relationships while providing high-quality customer service
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate stock and transaction records
