Job summary

Microsoft is seeking an experienced service engineer to join the Sovereign Cloud Program, building and supporting the operations infrastructure in NPCs. You will enable secure cross-domain data transfer and operational access, with responsibility for WAN/LAN connectivity and high-security environments.

You will participate in 24/7 on-call duties and collaborate across global teams to drive secure, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with hands-on IT environment experience.
• Experience with AD, Group Policy, WSUS, MECM, Windows deployments.
• Cloud fundamentals (AZ-900) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient English for collaboration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support operations capabilities in high-assurance, secure environments.
• Refine DevOps practices to improve efficiency without compromising security.
• Participate in 24/7/365 on-call support and rotate duties.
• Collaborate across global teams; drive information sharing and process reuse.
• Work with security teams to maintain strong security posture.
