Job summary

Microsoft Operations Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced network engineer to design, build, and support networking for Sovereign Cloud NPCs, enabling secure cross-domain data transfer between Azure and NPCs. You will participate in 24/7/365 support, collaborate with global teams, and travel to Sovereign Operations Centres as needed to maintain strong relationships and effective coordination.

A solid security posture, DevOps practices, and Azure experience (BGP/NAT/ACLs) are essential,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in networking operations.
Experience deploying/maintaining network environments (L2/L3 routing, NAT/ACLs, IPsec VPN) in Azure and on-prem.
Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or equivalent cloud certification.
Proficient in English for internal collaboration and reporting.

Responsibilities

Implement and support networking capabilities in high-assurance, secure environments.
Refine DevOps practices to boost operational efficiency while maintaining security.
Participate in 24/7/365 on-call support with strong problem-solving skills.
Collaborate across the global organization and share cross-team information.
Work with security teams to ensure adherence to security standards and posture.
