You will leverage established relationships with private banks, wealth platforms, and financial intermediaries to expand assets under management and revenue. Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years' experience in asset management, private banking or related financial services.
• Proven success in distribution and business development across private banks and intermediaries.
• Strong relationships with leading private banking and wealth platforms in Southeast Asia.
• Ability to raise assets, grow revenues and form strategic client partnerships.
• Broad investment knowledge across funds, discretionary solutions, alternatives and multi-asset strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies across private banks and intermediary distribution channels in Southeast Asia.
• Grow assets under management and revenue through existing relationships and new business development.
• Identify and secure new distribution opportunities, including platform onboarding and partnerships.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate client activity reporting.
