Position: Southeast Asia Market Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and drive the company’s market entry and expansion strategy across Southeast Asia.
  • Integrate internal resources and proactively connect with industry stakeholders to enable offline retail store rollout.
  • Execute business growth plans, including developing and maintaining relationships with shopping malls and commercial partners.
  • Lead external business negotiations and manage end-to-end partnership follow-ups.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Open to all educational backgrounds; at least 3 years of relevant experience in Southeast Asia, with a demonstrated track record of successfully launching stores in major shopping malls.
  • Experience in jewelry, luxury, or premium beauty industries is highly preferred; strong understanding of local market landscapes is a plus.
  • Proven strength in client acquisition and relationship management, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong execution and coordination abilities; capable of operating independently and resolving issues proactively.
