Job summary

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a VM Executive for the South Asia region to translate global visual strategies into commercially impactful store experiences across markets. You will partner with regional and local leadership to elevate the brand through windows, pop-ins and pop-ups.

The role requires coordinating global VM standards with local markets, supporting market adaptations, and working with Marketing, Retail and Store Planning.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read technical drawings.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Willing to work outside standard hours for overnight installations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and rollout of global visual merchandising strategies across South Asia for windows, pop-ins & pop-ups.
• Coordinate the implementation of global creative and VM standards in markets, supporting bespoke market adaptations where required.
• Assist in regional creative production processes, including preparation of creative briefs, layout plans, product placement guidelines, and coordination with HQ Window & Pop-up teams.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Client Marketing & Events, Retail, Merchandising, Operations, and Store Planning to support VM initiatives.
• Act as point of contact for day-to-day VM coordination with markets, providing timely support and clear communication.
