• 8+ years in luxury retail VM event management.
• Ability to read and critique technical design files (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2D/3D drawings).
• Strong cross-functional coordination and vendor management.
• Willingness to travel across the South Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Regional multi-project management from fabrication to installation of VM events and brand activations across the region.
• Interpret and audit technical drawings, CAD schematics, and ensure luxury finishes meet standards.
• Oversee budget, cost control, and procurement with production agencies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Global HQ, regional teams, and local partners.
